We will never request your seed phrases, private keys, or remote access to your devices. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for this information, it is a scam. Report it immediately.

5.2 Information to Provide

You should only share:

• • Transaction hashes and blockchain data
• • Screenshots and documentation
• • Communication records with platforms or scammers

6. Fees and Payment

Initial case intake and basic review are typically provided at no cost. This allows us to assess your situation and determine if we can assist.

6.2 Additional Services

If additional services are recommended (detailed investigations, ongoing support, expert consultations), we will provide clear pricing information before proceeding. You are under no obligation to accept.

6.3 No Upfront Payment for Recovery

We do not charge upfront fees based on promised recovery amounts. Be wary of any service that demands payment before providing assistance or guarantees recovery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to CryptoCases Europe and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
